There is no typical fitness encounter with Colin because he designs every training regimen to fit the needs of each client; however, every training session consists of five key components: 1. Warm-up/Cool-down
2. Flexibility Training
3. Strength Training
4. Aerobic Training
5. Nutritional Counseling

Basic Fees
$95 per 50 minutes for personal training at Definitions
$155 and up for home visits depending on the area

Cancellation Policy
Training times are reserved for you exclusively and there will be a charge
for any broken appointments if less than 24 hours notice is given.
