Colin Shah has been providing personal training services in W ashington, D.C. since 1998. He founded his own personal training business in 2000; in 2004 and 2009 Washingtonian magazine named him one of Washington’s best personal trainers.
A former U.S. Army Infantry soldier, ultra-endurance mountain biker, and elite level triathlete, Colin works with clients to formulate concrete goals and then helps to achieve the level of commitment necessary to realize them. He customizes goal-oriented regimens that clients can sustain over time. This is not a “he-man” approach to fitness; rather, it seeks to establish a principle of well being as a long-term approach to all of life.
